Orienting towards cultural diversity - InTeamCult

For some time now, the dialogue between professional skills, business paths, and university training has been at the center of reflections, proposals, and also perspectives. It is along this line that the orientation project for the labor market "Internationalization and multicultural teams: orienting towards cultural diversity - InTeamCult" has reached its second week of activity. The project's scientific coordinator is Carmen Gallucci from the Lead Department of Management & Innovation Systems (DISA-MIS); the referents are Serena Serravalle of the Department of Economics and Statistics (DISES), and Maria Prosperina Vitale of the Department of Political and Social Studies (DISPS). An innovative and transversal project that was born from the collaboration of the three departments of the Università degli Studi di Salerno, the Chamber of Commerce of Salerno, and the Rinaldi Group and Healthware companies.
