An experiential learning path to improve the skills of emerging generations in the entrepreneurial landscape, thus strengthening the personal-professional profile necessary to successfully face the process of generational change in the perspective of continuity.

70 hours of experiential learning:

EXPERIENTIAL INDOOR - leadership and communication enhancement
WORKSHOP - strengthening of technical skills
EXPERIENTIAL OUTDOOR - cooking day
Case studies, role-play, scientific tests and business theater are just some of the training techniques used.

Aimed at 25 entrepreneurs aged between 23 and 40 and with an active position from at least 2 years in the family business.
