"She Business Advanced, Innovation & Networking" - promoted by the Plural Women's Committee of Confindustria Salerno
and organized in collaboration with the Department of Business Studies and Research of the Università degli Studi di Salerno, with the financial contribution of the Salerno Chamber of Commerce - is an experiential learning project which, in learning by doing mode, has made it possible to create new opportunities for meeting and aggregation between the 35 women entrepreneurs with managerial roles in companies in the province of Salerno from all production sectors.

The path's core is innovation, networking, and the enhancement of related levers, starting with the acquisition of new managerial models and tools. The training, in ten meetings since February 2015, will end with the final appointment for the dissemination of the project results.
