Disability, Ethics and Equal opportunities Commission

Department Disability, Ethics and Equal opportunities Commission

Following the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals, the Disability, Ethics, and Equal Opportunities Commission operates in accordance with the University Code of Ethics, drawing inspiration from the highest human values with the goal of not emphasizing diversity and eliminating inequalities. Recognizing the importance of education as a tool for a more equitable and inclusive university, it seeks to develop training initiatives capable of raising awareness, preventing, and combating inequalities and violence in all its forms. Gender barriers are removed through appropriate cultural growth, which occurs in a flexible educational context that is sensitive to the various forms of exclusion: toward the disabled, toward women, toward the difficulty of access to scientific disciplines, the labor market, and digitalization.
